How to use our air fresheners
- Remove air freshener from package - to ensure longer last scent, we recommend opening them bit by bit similarly like the little trees
Tear a slight opening for the air frehsener to be pulled out.
Locate the string and pull string out without pulling the whole air freshener out.
Hang air freshener in desire location with plastic still attached for maximum scent lasting.
When scent starts to faded - open plastic at 1 - 2cm at a day / week to release scent.
- Hang air freshener in desired location - can be used in car, home or office.
- Replace after 30 days or when fragrance is no longer noticeable: longevity varies widely depending on temperature and air flow.
- Avoid contact with plastics including dashboard.
- Do not place air freshener where driver's visibility could be impaired.
- Must not come in contact with plastics or painted surfaces as damage will occur.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- This product contains parts that may pose a choking hazard.
- For adult use only. Product is not a toy.
- Eye and skin irritant, prolonged or frequent skin contact may cause an allergic reaction. Seek medical advice if reaction occurs.
All of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. We ship all orders within two to three business days of receiving payment. However we aim to ship orders out as soon as possible. We understand the urgency to get your air fresheners as soon as possible, please understand there may be times where there are delays from the postal service which is out of our control.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Items are shipped out of Melbourne, and will generally take 8-10 days (WA/NT and rural/regional areas may take longer). However due covid-19 there may be delays that need to be considered.
Has my order shipped?
Our air fresheners are generally shipped out 2-3 days after you make your purchase, however we aim for to dispatch as soon as possible .
Will I receive shipping confirmation?
Yes, you will receive shipping confirmation via email.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are available for tracked orders only.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind purchases, however, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit if there is a fault with the item within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns for online orders must take place within 28 days from the original shipment date in order to receive a credit.
For returns processed beyond 28 days from shipment date, a store credit will be issued if an exchange is not requested. Returns received more than one year after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. All products being returned or exchanged must be returned in original condition and with a copy of your invoice. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We are not responsible for faults and imperfections that has arisen due to defects from the original manufacturer. If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details of the defect, within 5 days of receiving your product.
For all returns, Two Scents will not be responsible for covering any shipping or handling costs and all charges must be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using registered post as we are not liable for any items that become lost or damaged during transit.
Once our team receives the return, we will inspect the item and if deemed appropriate, provide you with a replacement, refund or store credit via your original method of payment. We will notify you via email within 5 days of receiving the products.
All orders which have standard or express shipping selected, are posted via Australia Post. As a result, we are not liable for any incorrectly entered address, mail theft, damage or loss.
All delivery addresses are exported and printed electronically. While we try to ensure all addresses include street numbers and names, this is sometimes not noticed. If you have entered your details incorrectly, please get in contact with us as soon possible. We are unable to take responsibility for orders which have been shipped with the incorrect address attached.
